3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you are responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteratureDecision Files shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of EndNote or any other third-party software mentioned in our content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Use or any applicable law
• Failure to pay subscription fees for paid services when due
• Abusive behavior toward Platform staff or other community members
• Inactivity on paid accounts exceeding 90 consecutive days

Upon termination, all licenses and access rights granted to you will immediately cease. Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods may be issued at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a qualified arbitrator in Ashland, Oregon. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
